My daughter recently dropped her iPhone 4 on a school trip, I went to the Apple store and was quoted a really high price to get the screen replaced. So I decided to look online and see if I could get it replaced cheaper elsewhere, then I came across this website which had loads of information about the service and repair they offer. I decided to give them a quick call to find out a price, after speaking to a young lady on the phone I decided to book the item in. After a few days I got the item sent back to me by courier, it was back to looking like new again and cost a fraction of what i was originally quoted. Top service, fast and friendly, would recommend to friends and family

I was using my iPod Classic in the car the other day, when it suddenly froze and displayed the Apple logo. When I got home i went onto Google and looked on some forums to see if it was something I could fix. After spending ages in front of the computer and trying everything people suggested I still couldn`t get the iPod to load. One of my work friends recommended this company to me, so i have a look on the site, left an enquiry explaining my problem and received a phone call back in an hour or two. I spoke to a guy on the phone for a while and explained what happened and what I had tried. The guy on the phone then explained what the problem can be and explained about the repair. I decided to book my iPod in and had it collected by courier the next day, after about a week I received my item back, it was well packaged and came with a 3 month warranty. The only problem was I had to put all my music back on, but that was explained to me. Overall really happy with the staff and service.

After my toddler decided to pull my MacBook Pro of the dinner table and break the screen, I started to search online for somewhere to get it repaired quickly because I needed to get some work documents of it. I came across this website and gave them a call, I explained to a young lad about the screen damage and the documents that I needed to get off it. The lad explained how I booked the item in and about the repair, he mentioned that with some repairs you can lose the information on the machine. Luckily for me I got my Mac back in a few days and all of my documents were still on it!!! Cannot thank these guys enough, kudos!
