oustanding service and the lowest repair quote - really happy with my repaired ipad 3 which needed a replacement screen

initial impressions where not good. very low quote for a repair that included somone picking up my ipad, repairing it and returning it - heard stories of bogus companies taking gadgets for repair at tempting low repair quotes, charging on completion and never seeing thier gadget again

not so with you. polite and friendly call explaining the process, courier arives on time as expected, repair completed in 2 days, email confirming repair complete and payment instructions and ipad back repaired within 4 days and as good as new for nearly half the price of the next cheapest quote and significantly cheaper than apple. whats best of all, is that the repair is so good, it looks like new.

as it was, i managed to use my mancunian charms to talk apple into doing the repair work free of charge.
